Whilst the Tobacco & Vapes Bill has been the centre of attention in the vape industry for the past year, the Vape Product Duty is arguably going to be the single biggest hammer blow to the sector – and it’s only six months away.
Against that backdrop, the UKVIA hosted a special webinar to explore how we can help shape a strong case that the industry can take to the Treasury/HMRC to get them to reconsider their approach in implementing the tax in one fell swoop.
It brought together views from a range of experts on the likely unintended consequences of the duty, as well as how it could be better introduced.
