Key actors from across the age verification process – including Association partners’ Trading Standards and Serve Legal and UKVIA members 1account and JUUL Labs – came together to provide real time perspectives and expert knowledge to help retailers understand compliance and their crucial role in positioning the industry as responsible.
Underage sales are a thorn in the side for many consumer industries and e-cigarettes are no exception. Despite the fact that vaping is relatively low amongst young people, the UK Vaping Industry Association (UKVIA) is taking a lead in addressing underage sales both online and offline.
