The Vaping Regulations Enforcement Award

Awarded to the organisation that has done the most to bring rogue traders to account for selling and marketing illicit products or vapes to children.

Judging Criteria

In judging this category, judges will be specifically looking for the following elements:

  • The actions or strategies undertaken to enforce vape regulations, specifically with regards to addressing youth vaping, non-compliant and illicit vapes and inappropriate advertising and marketing activities. This could also include resources deployed, setting up of specialist teams etc. where appropriate.

  • Evidence of how successful the actions or strategies were, which may include details of products seized, prosecutions and media coverage.
