The Commitment to Compliance Award
Recognises a vaping organisation or compliance specialist which is leading the way in this business-critical area. Vaping businesses and their compliance providers can enter jointly or separately.
The award entry should cover a vaping company’s commitment to compliance practices or new initiatives created by specialists in this area to support compliance with the regulations.
Judging Criteria
In judging this category, judges will be specifically looking for the following elements:
- Demonstrate best practice compliance across one or a number of the following (product regulations, environmental regulations, advertising and marketing regulations, youth vaping regulations)
- Detail how you have worked with other organisations to ensure best practice in compliance.
- Evidence your compliance achievements.
